3 Natural Ways To Grow Your Hair FAST

Hair growth is a primary concern for women and men, particularly for those who are experiencing bald patches, a receding hairline, and excessive damage due to heat damage and hairstyles that tug the scalp.

The KimberlyElise.com team has pulled together a few tricks to help you hair grow your hair maintain its growth, all while benefiting your health and diet.

1. Fast: Rosemary Oil & Other Essential Oils

Create your own concoction of rosemary oil, cedarwood, lavender, thyme, and jojoba oil. This combination of natural oils has been shown to stimulate the scalp and promote hair growth.

Apply your concoction to the weaker patches of your scalp every morning and night.

All of these essential oils can be purchased at Amazon. We also like Native American Nutritionals.

I begin noticing the effects of my rosemary concoction within 6 to 7 weeks

Remember to apply topically, and do not ingest.

2. Faster: Amazing Grass SuperFood

I began drinking Amazing Meal every morning and afternoon about two years ago. I was looking for a breakfast drink that would feed me better than a morning coffee with toast.

Not only did Amazing Meal cause my energy level to increase, my nails began to grow like crazy! What’s more? My kitchen, which has been weak since I was young, began to fill in dramatically!

Amazing Grass provides my body with essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes from sources such as organic kale, barley grass, alfalfa, carrots, blueberries, maca, hemp protein, and flax seed powder.

2 scoops daily causes my hair and nails to noticeably grow within 2-3 weeks.

I suggest you pick up a few samples from the company’s website to decide which flavor you prefer before you invest.

3. Fastest: MSM

MSM is an organic sulfer compound that facilitates growth in joints, cartilage, skin, hair and nails. It is generally taken orally for osteoarthritis and joint protection among athletes.

MSM helps your body produce collagen and keratin, both of which are vital for stronger hair and nails. After taking MSM for a short amount of time, you’ll notice stronger and longer nails and hair.

I start noticing the effects of MSM within 4 to 5 days.

While MSM is harmless for most folks, consult with your doctor before introducing it to your diet and follow the instructions.

You can purchase on Amazon or your local drug store.

This sounds crazy, but it works for me. I use athletes foot fungus cream. I buss the bump a little just so it can open up and i put the cream on it. It starts to work immediately. I wash my face and put it on 3 times for one day, the next day its gone.

It sounds like you need to take a break from relaxers. I would suggest you wear box braids until the relaxer grow out. Every 2 weeks I would wash & condition it and whatever braid fell out, replace it. Do not let who ever does your hair to braid your edges . Get the gel for edges. I have kinky hair and my edges curl. It looks really pretty. I’m all natural. I suggested box braids because transitioning from relaxers to your natural hair isn’t easy. I also recommend using coconut oil on your scalp. Its not greasy at all and it makes your hair very soft.

I will try the products you recommended. I was having some chest pains last year and was given a Neuclar Stress Test and afterwards my hair starting shedding and now it is so thin and weak that every time I comb it I get a comb full of hair. I have tried the carrot, olive, coconut oils, etc, but nothing seems to help it just keep shedding. It is very thin in front on sides, my kitchen is so thin it looks like a road map. Although it is about 7 to 8 inches long in the very top,but I would like more growth and fullness.. Thank you for the tips. I think you are amazing.

Start by cleansing your system and a lifestyle change. Eat plenty of fruit such as black cherries blue berries watermelon seedless grapes strawberries pineapple perfect for a quick pick me up (especially in the morning) no coffee. Exclude starches and dairy, sugar, salt, soda. Increase your green leafy vegetable intake. Beverages like green and ginger tea, coconut water work with your body’s natural energy cleansing abilities.
Hope this helps you like it helped me. Good luck n God Bless….

Great blog! I use about everything you have mentioned here for the exception of Rosemary. Although it is a great stimulator and promotes hair growth, it did not agree with me. I was told by someone that rosemary causes headaches and increase your blood pressure, if you’re having issues with those things. And that’s what it did to me. Once I stopped using it, the headaches went away. But I did love the results it did to my hair. Since then, I started using everything you mentioned, in addition to brahmi oil, peppermint oil, grapeseed, argan, and castor. I also deep condition with alma powder. My hair is considerably strong and soft. I’m going to have to check out that Amazing Meal and the MSM supplements. Thanks for sharing!

Hey Andrea, I have the same problem with Rosemary. Be careful not to add do too much of the MSM. One of the side effects is a headache. This is quite common. I am going to try the Alma powder.
