1. Warrior One
Though there are about 5 different warrior poses, this one also focuses on your breathing while strengthening the core and tightening the legs.
2. The Modified Boat Pose
This pose is much harder than it looks, which is why we’ve chosen to show you the modified version. Balance has a lot to do with a strong and healthy core. The Boat Pose will help to improve your balance and strengthen your core.
3. Downward Facing Dog to Plank
Planks are essential to a fit core. Planks are great because they also work your lower back, which contributes to the structure and leanness of the core.
4. Plank with Alternative Knee Drop and Lift
You will definitely feel the burn with this plank, but see great results in your core, while achieving a full body workout.
Incorporating these exercises into your daily routine even for a 10 minutes four or five times a week will eliminate body fat and strengthen your core.
