June marks the half-way point in the year and a perfect time to check in with ourselves and see how far we’ve come. We can think about where we want to go for the rest of the year.
One of the biggest things we can do for ourselves during the summer is really look at what is fueling our dreams, goals, ambitions and overall happiness. Discover what is actually distracting you, draining you, and taking you off course.
So really look at your life over the last 6 months and sense where and when you felt empowered and supported. Find out where you found your energy to be drained. Then you can remove, shuffle or rebalance these energy drainers accordingly. When we fill our lives with energetically healthy people, places and things, every day, week, month and ultimately year lifts us higher and higher.
