Trade in the alcohol for the benefits of fresh carrot and spinach.

Carrots are full of soluble fiber, which may help lower blood-cholesterol levels and assist with weight loss.
Carrots are also filled with vitamin A, which — in addition to allowing your eyes to function — may also prevent stomach, cervix, uterus, and the oral cavity cancers.
Spinach is weight-loss and healthy living super food.
Spinach helps to restore energy, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood. Spinach is also an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folic acid, as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2.
It will also help keep your bones healthy and strong.
This juice has a similar kick and taste of a bloody Mary cocktail, due to the cayenne pepper. If you’d still like to try a traditional bloody Mary and you’re over the age of 21, we have a traditional, healthy Bloody Mary recipe for you to try.
