Delicious Smoothies

Fabulous Coconut Water Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

Coconut Water BreakfastBreakfast is the most important meal of the day.

It can also be easy to skip, especially when you’re rushing for work! I wanted to share this smoothie recipe with you – a variation of one I drink regularly. It’s super quick and easy to make; most of the ingredients you may already have in your refrigerator.

This smoothie has a relatively low sugar content compared to other smoothies that contain lots of fruit. The coconut water is low in calories, is naturally cholesterol free, and contains more potassium than several bananas, according to WebMD.

I think that the coconut water gives the smoothie a unique, nutty flavor, and combines deliciously with the green grapes. Also, the ginger gives the smoothie a nice kick and works to curb your appetite, all while reducing internal inflammation.

I enjoy a smoothie like this nearly every day when I am working, and it gives me long-lasting energy. Try this smoothie midday tomorrow in the morning, and see how you feel in a few hours!
