RECIPE: Cranberry Jubilee, Happy New Year!

Cranberries are one of those holiday staple ingredients that should really be enjoyed every single day of the year.

Cranberries are one of the most antioxidant-rich SuperFoods (second only to blueberries!) and are also natural low-fat sweeteners. The natural occurring vitamin C is a boost for your winter health.

  • 2 cups cranberriescranberry- SUPERFruits
  • 2 tbs raw brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange, zest
  • 1 scoop, vegan vanilla ice cream


  1. Place the cranberries in a small pot and add the brown sugar, cinnamon, orange juice and orange zest
  2. Let the cranberries some to a simmer and reduce the heat to low until the mixture bubbles and gets thick, about 15 minutes
  3. Serve over ice cream
