We all love fruit smoothies, but did you know that eating a fruit salad can satisfy a full fruit serving for the day as well as help you burn calories as you chew?

When it comes to fruit salad, it’s about quantity and quality.

You want to pick at least four to five of your favorite fruits (which will help you get a wider variety of nutrients that work together to give you more health benefits). You also want to pick quality fruits that are ripe, juicy, and play together well.

All-Natural Fruit Salad Recipe

By: Toni elleax Zargari

(Makes 2 servings)

INGREDIENTS

1 whole banana

Approx. 15 blueberries

Approx. 7 strawberries

⅓ medium sized mango (save mango skin for serving)

1 tablespoon of pineapple orange juice

⅓ lemon, squeezed

DIRECTIONS

Thoroughly wash your fruit. Chop or dice all fruit and put in a large bowl. Add pineapple orange juice and squeeze lemon over the fruit. Add salt, optional. If you like the spicy and tangy flavors that are traditionally found in Mexican fruit salad bowls (popular in the streets of Los Angeles), try adding Tajín seasoning to your salad.

Mix the fruit together and gently mash the fruit with clean hands. Make sure not to make it too mushy.

Add two spoonfuls of your fruit salad to a mango skin for serving or simply eat in the dish of your choice. Love our recipes? Check out our Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie and Aloe Vera & Kale Smoothie.

Another advantage is the safety feature. Quite a few solo mess devices may, even so, be taken meant for combining.
These heaters are good at absorbing as well as dispersing heat energy.
