Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits because it is great for the health of both your hair and skin.
Watermelon contains high amounts of Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin A, Magnesium, and Collagen.
Summer Watermelon Smoothie Recipe

It also contains high amounts of Vitamin C, a well known antioxidant that helps to rebuild cell tissues and blood vessels. Does this combination of vitamins sound familiar? Check the ingredients on the back of your hair, skin, and nail supplements. I’m sure you will find several, if not all of these vitamins listed. A watermelon smoothie is a great addition to any beauty regimen.
- 4 cups watermelon chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 limes, juiced
- 10 mint leaves (optional)
- Put all of your ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve and enjoy!
