What Is Kimberly’s Favorite End Of The Summer Lipstick?

On my show, Hit The Floor, I like to try out new eye and lip colors for my character Sloane.

We change up Sloane’s look every episode, and for the finale episode (hopefully you’ve seen it by now!) I thought I would try out Sally B’s B Glossy Lip Gloss for Sloane’s beauty look.

I’m very particular about what I put onto my skin and hair – it has to be natural, organic, never tested on animals, and vegan.

I was excited to find out that Sally B’s B Glossy Lip Gloss is made with natural, moisturizing oils, and contains no lead or toxic ingredients – it fits the bill!

For Sloane, we used a combo of Ruby’s Red and Copper Penny for our perfect look. The glosses are sheer but the pigment is strong and show up very well both in person and on camera. My makeup artist loved them so much, we used them throughout the whole episode. I continue to wear them, even though we wrapped the show back in May.

A couple notes, the gloss can be a bit tricky to get out of the tube, you really have to pump it.

Hopefully the company will look into more user friendly packaging for the gloss. After all, it’s such good stuff we want to be able to get to it easily!

The line has a nice array of colors suitable for all skin tones.

Final note for my fellow vegans, though Sally B considers the product vegan, they do disclose on their site that it contains bee’s wax, so if you have an issue with that, be aware. I do appreciate the company’s sensitivity to vegan and animal lovers’ concerns!

All in all, I think it’s a great product with great pigment and wear.

I always appreciate a quality wholesome product made with a sensitivity to both human and animal life!
