Skinny Pumpkin Chai Latte

The cool autumn weather is the best time for a delicious, rich, steaming hot beverage that will leave you feeling warm and cozy inside. Shauna Sincerely’s Skinny Pumpkin Chai Latte will do just that!

Not only is this latte waistline friendly, but the pumpkin and chai aroma will leave you feeling relaxed and unravelled.

 

Ingredients for Skinny Pumpkin Chai Latte

Makes 2 Servings

  • ½ Cup. Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Chai Tea Bag
  • ½ Cup. Black Coffee
  • 2 Cups. Almond Milk
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Ground Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place a medium pot onto high heat, over your stove. Pour in your almond milk, black coffee, pumpkin puree and coconut sugar. Whisk everything completely, as it begins to simmer.
  2. Now add the vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Remove from heat once Latte is steaming hot and coming to a boil.
  3. Lastly, let your chai tea bag seep into the latte for a couple of minutes and remove. Strain your latte (if preferred) into two mugs. Top with some chilled coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon if you’d like. Now you can relax and enjoy.
