I know that sometimes life can move so fast it can be dizzying and exhausting.
If you find that you can’t find a way to root yourself and just be still for a moment, try this simple yoga pose to help dig your own roots in. The Tree Pose (Vrksasana) takes a bit of balance, but you will get a nice stretch in your inner thighs, groin and shoulders. According to Hatha Yoga Illustrated, the pose helps to lengthen your spine which will help to strengthen your posture. It also helps to calm and relax your mind and central nervous system.
Yoga is my go to for relaxation, centering and inner peacefulness. And best of all, you don’t have to be a yoga master to enjoy the benefits.
