Vegan Richa created a Cauliflower Red Lentil Burger using riced cauliflower and lentils for a dense and meaty texture without the meat.
3. Chickpea Burger

And while you have the grill hot, it’s not too early to put some pineapple or peaches into your burger!

5. Quinoa Burger

6. Sweet Potato Burger
The Lunch Box Bunch made these easy sweet potato veggie burgers with avocado, using white beans to bind the patty together and a Panko-crust for a crisp-but-tender burger.
As if that wasn’t enough variety, mix it up by serving your burgers on ciabatta rolls, pita bread, flatbread, or go super protein style and wrap them in lettuce for a crisp and satisfying crunch.
7. Tofu Burger
